Mandatory Fundraising - Helps provide the “Gift of a Catholic Education”
We have a yearly mandatory per family fundraising fee of $500.00, net. The Finance Committee determines the number of fundraisers for the year. The first half of the family fundraising obligation, $250 is due by the end of the 1st semester, mid-January. The second half, $250 is due by April 30th. All family fundraising obligations are on a statement separate from tuition. Any balance due after April 30th will be mailed in a separate statement to each family after May 15th. When a family raises more than $500.00, 80% of the overage is applied to their tuition account, either the current year’s or if the current year is paid in full, next year’s tuition. If a family transfers from Christ Our Savior Catholic School, the overage on the fundraising account will be applied to the tuition account. If the tuition is paid in full the fundraising overage remains with the school and is not refunded.
